carries the AU Network broadcast online....You can also try Yahoo, but you might be listening to the Western Kentucky broadcasters.....My brother in CT listened to the Ball State game on Yahoo (he said he would not pay AU to listen to a game) and listened through the Ball State announcers.....While he would have preferred the AU Network, he said he will listen to another's teams' announcers for free, rather than pay AU for what should be a free broadcast.
If enough people let AU know they will not pay to listen, then it might be changed, once the volume of listeners goes down.....It is all in the control of AU folks out there who listen via the internet - if they don't pay to listen, and instead go to Yahoo and listen for free, then the Network will be stuck with a paltry number of listeners.....But, it is important to tell the AU Network that you will not pay them to listen to the broadcast.
I don't think I could devise a series of schemes designed to run people off which would be more effective than the consistently stupid decisions made by AU, the AU Athletic Department and now the AU Network.
::::>You have to pay to listen to the AU games now? Have they stopped putting up the coaches shows online as well? I'm going to write a letter on this one. At the very least, it should be free for AU Alumni Association members who live outside of radio range.
