"Lemme tell you something....."

That Bush fellow knows as much about cutting spending as a chicken knows about Sunday dinner! I remember once when I called up ole' Al Brewer, good man but always had a wand'ering eye, and told him to put the hiatus on that new project to build the Big Jim Folsom bypass around beautiful Gu-Win, Alabama. Well, ole' Al being the cantekerous sort that he could be went ahead and passed the bill. I slapped a veto on that sucker so fast that the fine members of the Alabama legislature didn't know what had hit'em. Some of 'em starting protesting, but I reminded them that what I said about those long-hair, hippy, college protesters applied to them too. If any demonstrator ever lays down in front of my car, it'll be the last car he'll ever lay down in front of! The problem here is that Bush is too much like his Daddy. He talks a big game but in the end don't do a whole lot. When I get to be President, we won't have any more of that tommy-rot going on. We'll just spend money on important things like new roads, education, and Bear Bryant monuments, God rest his soul. All that other junk is useless. Money for public transit, moving more govt agencies to West Virginia (I once met Senator Byrd at a Klan rally--don't let him fool ya), and tattoo removal programs will be a thing of the past. Whoever heard of government paying for tattoo removal? The only people who ought to get tattoos are sailors and the choices should be limited to two: an anchor or "Mother." Quickest way to find the local county holes are to look for tattoos on the lower back. It's time for the common decent folks of this nation to take back the country. All those Perrier-sipping, pointy-head bureaucrats have got to go, or we'll become the next Sodom and Gomorrah. Let's send'em a message! I'm gonna be President one day. Just watch and see.
