Bush loses any claims to be conservative and have respect for the Federal System with that bill.
Its an abortion.
Other than the War In Iraq; I don't understand the left's hatred for Bush (and that's jsut an excuse, if Clinton had done the same thing in 1998 for the same reasons,t he Left would've loved him and the Righties would be calling Clinton a liar and citing Bush 39's reason for calling back the troops in 1991.... etc.)
Kind of like how the Left hated Nicon: the guy who gave us the EPA, empowered the EEOC, wage and price controls... it was Nixonthe Senator and VP they hated, not Nixon the Prez. And don't give me Viet Nam, that's a war he inherited from LBJ (and he did a better job at prosecuting it than LBJ did)
Anyway: W often acts like a moron and although he gave up drink, still spends like a drunken sailor.. The sad plight of the Demo's is they can't come up with anyone better.
He has a program for everything.
