::::>I have just received an email from my future employer telling me they cannot arrange a flight from B'ham for the time I need. The time is important because I have promised to take my kids to see The Wiggles. We made this decision and purchased the tickets before I was even contacted by my future employer for interviewing. They have given me an option at the moment: Either arrive on Monday and miss some information regarding insurance and completing the payroll paperwork or delay my start date by 1 week.
::::>I would prefer to be there for all the information...especially the insurance stuff since my future employer offers 5 different plans. And I do not want to work another week for my current employer...I can if I have to...and my current employer has stated they will use my services as long as I make them available.
