Daniel Moore Counter Sues Alabama

Artist Daniel Moore, famous for painting Alabama football memorable moments has today filed a countersuit against the University of Alabama. Alabama recently sued Moore over licensing and copyright issues going back over 26 years.
In a statement Moore said, “I’m filing this countersuit today against the University of Alabama for not supplying enough memorable moments to support the lifestyle I’ve become accustomed to. It’s basically for non-support.” Moore added, “Alabama football has become so pitiful that basically, the “memorable moment” is a thing of the past. I’ve had to start painting Kentucky basketball just to try make ends meet.”
Moore’s last painting, “The Moral Victory” depicting last year’s 21-13 home defeat at the hands of the Auburn Tigers sold 3 copies. The other 497 copies of the limited edition were put up on Ebay in a $0.99 Dutch auction and the proceeds went to charity.
