I do not think that Biblical ethics necessarily require that the feeding tube be reinserted.
If the reports about the condition of her are accurate she is al but dead now and will not recover or progress any beyond this point.
The Biblical view is not that we are a soul housed in the body as a shell. The Biblical view is that we are body and soul in one integrated man. The Bible does not denigrate but upholds the dignity and value of the body because God made it and it is an object of recemption as well as the soul.
But when the mind is destroyed and the brain is as the reports are about Mrs. Schiavo's, then keeping the body alive does not serve the purpose for which God has made it.
