There is NO excuse for Auburn to EVER play a 1-AA team. PERIOD.
It is a disgrace, and is a disservice to the team and season ticket holders.
Great job, Jacobs. On the job less than a month and you have already royally f-cked up AU's schedule and reputation....Maybe you should consider firing yourself next.
There is no explanation for this, no reason for it, and no excuse will suffice.
.....on the 2005 schedule. We got Western KY to fill in for Southern Miss. My question is, is it really that difficult to get another D 1-A school on the schedule at this time of year?
