the beatles suck. they wrote a few cool songs and were media darlings. but they suck and their continued presence in the publics mind obliterates what other great songwriters and performers of the past and present have done.
Imagine if Bob Willis and his Texas playboys got more airplay – or tegan and sara.
God there is so much better music out there and we still play the beatles.
If all those memories from the three bong hit conversations in your college dorm room from all those wanna be hippies and the sixties and seventies were so great – how come all you hippiness is now filtered into selecting with Journey song to play and listening to Breakfast with the beetles on some #badword#ty syndicated show.
Man, I hate the beetles. they suck.
