It's the media & coaches prejudice against Auburn University (and unfortunately CTT).
Why THEY don't like Auburn.
10. Auburn WAS number 1 last year and blew it.... BIG TIME.
9. The Bowden's and many of their friends and relatives have votes in the coaches poll.
8. The MS voters aren't going to vote for a team coached by CTT.
7. The Huntsville Times voter will not vote for Auburn. (How can AU expect respect from out of state voters?)
6. Auburn plays in the toughest conference in the nation. Everybody else is jealous. (Before the SECCG the big screen posted facts about the top teams in the nation. Auburn had beaten more teams in the top 20 than any of the other unbeaten teams.)

3. The SEC won the national championship last year. We can't let that happen again.
2. If we vote for Auburn to play in THE game, then more attention will be placed on Jason Campbell, the best player in college football this year, who should, but won't win the Heisman.
1. Even though we enjoy their weather and beaches, we hate the South (Auburn is in the South? isn't it? Where is Auburn anyway? And besides, they only beat Tennessee twice this year, once when they were in the top 5 and once when they were in the top 15!)
