"Here's the Transcript of the Meeting:"

(EDITED BY AUTHOR: 8/13/2004 - 12:39 p.m.)

Williams: There aren't any problems here are there? Mr. Lowder says there aren't.

McCrary: Problems? Well there is the -- wait. Mr. Lowder sees no problems?  Nope. None that I can see.

McWhorter: Can we hurry it up. I got a plane to catch.

Williams: So its agreed that there's no problems.  Mr. Lowder says that if there are problems he will ask Jack Miller to sue the evil-doers.

McWhorter: Look, can we hurry it up. I've done got someone to paint over the tail numbers on this hereplane and I need to get going, soon. I have a bid rigging, I mean bid opening I need to be at and  Blackwell's waiting and then there's an interview and  Coach Spurrier has only--- oh this is open to the public? How the hell did that happen? Did Mr. Lowder approve this? Some body's #badword#ing head is going to roll.  Goddmanit. First the FAA tattles on where planes go in its airspace and now open meetings. This a'int no Town hall meeting you know. #badword#.  You'd think this is a state run University you didn't know better.

McCrary: How about wings for lunch? Byron can get them for us cheap.  Heard him promise Mr. Lowder that when he got the seat. Free wings for all. That's what he said. Free wings for the Trustees. And low interest loans.

Williams: Then its agreed that there are no problems.

McCrary: Hey, Godfather's has a lunch buffet. And they wll take debit cards.

Williams: Is there a motion?

McWhorter: I move that there be a declaration that no problems exist. Let's roll.

Williams: Is there Second?

McCrary: Hey look what my brand new PDA says. The one I got for opening a checking account at Colonial. It says right here: rlowder@colonial.com "Second it you idiot". Man am I hungry or what?

Williams: I'll take that as a second. All in favor of no problems say "aye". All opposed say "Goodbye low interest letter of credit". Looks like the Ayes have it. Somebody go tell Ed to endorse this thing. Right away.  Tell him Mr. Lowder say its okay.

Williams: So its agreed. There's no problem.

McCray: Time for lunch yet?
