I can only be true to what I believe for I imagine false "lip service" devotion motivated by fear would be worse than none at all. And as I have no incontrovertible proof that I am right I also keep an open mind to the possibility I may be wrong. If there is a higher being and he decides to get in touch with me I'll be willing to listen. I just hope he makes allowances for the limited means I have to recognize him.
One of my deepest and most perverse fears is that he'll speak to me, but it will be through Lava.
