Had he paid more attention to A-Q and less to ML, the vulnerability to terrorist attacks would not have been inherited by Cheney/Bush. 9-11 likely would have been avoided, and there would have been no need for the Patriot Act. Accordingly, there would have been no resultant spying by the Department of Homeland Security that undoubtedly enabled Cheney to pilfer my fish recipe.
I think I can do the Marlin recipe from memory.
