"Baked Carp Recipe"

This baked fish recipe is both simple and tasty and sure to please your friends and family. Classic Baked Carp With Lemon One Large Carp 1 whole lemon 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil pinch of sea salt or kosher salt pinch of ground black pepper pinch of paprika Large Plank of Wood Clean Fish, Taking care to remove the carp's "mud vein" . Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Rub one tablespoon of olive oil in a 2 inch shallow glass baking dish. Slice the lemon in half and slice one half of the lemon into quarters and reserve for plate garnish. Take the other half of the lemon and cut into slices. Place the fish in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Top the fish with one slice of lemon and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake for 15 minutes *or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Place fish on plank, set oven at broil for 10 minutes. Remove plank and fish from oven. Discard Fish. Eat the plank, it will taste better.
