...elephant powder that fellow sold me a couple years ago. Since I sprinkled it around the house, I've not seen 1 single elephant...not one mind you. (EDITED BY AUTHOR: 3/3/2004 - 11:06 a.m.) The Homeland Security department is only one year old and is damned sure doing the job.
