The proper phraseology is (generic player's name used for this example):
"Smith is a sure shot can't miss prospect that will probably be in heisman contention all 3 years he's in school. What? He's going to an opponent? They can have him. The kid is no better than a one star prospect who can't break a 4.6 forty, dropped over 75% of the passes thrown to him and refuses to learn better blocking skills. He definitly can't qualify (without the help of a UT tutor) and will probably not even start at the Juco level. He'd be a project that we don't have the schollies to offer or time to spend developing such miniscule potential."
