"Since Hobbes Cannot Post Until Signing Day "

I would like to carry his tradition of sharing timely and topical emails. Here is one I received today: They are scared #badword#less – the BOT, that is. They are scared #badword#less that the NCAA – as Jack Venable stated in the Advertiser today – will see this as BOT meddling, which could go to lack of institutional control………….They are scared #badword#less that another episode of meddling will revive the whole SACS case, which was precisely about BOT meddling. They are scared #badword#less because the fans who wanted CTT’s head 1 week ago, are flocking to him as he now assumes the role of standing up to the BOT and basically telling them: “Go ahead, make my day”. He won’t negotiate with them, he won’t budge, he won’t resign. They don’t know what the #badword# to do. And, poor, put-upon Walker – the puppet extraordinaire – is taking a beating for them, and can’t memorize his lines quick enough before the next question comes. They are in disarray, and the moral rout is complete. As Hobbes might say, if he could post of course: "Eggzachary."
