Subject: I am embarrassed for Auburn and furious with the Adm... Posted By: TailbackU Registered User Posted At: 11/24/03 10:45:56 am Reply ...with the treatment of Coach Tuberville. If I were Tuberville, I would tell Walker and Housel (and Lowder) to give me my 3.2M and to kiss my a$$. But Tuberville has too much class for that, so meanwhile he is left out to dry by an administration that has no balls. None. Am I disappointed that we finished 7-5? Hell yes; but the shame of watching an administration leave another human being out to dry in the public eye is disgusting. I am and will always be a proud Auburn graduate, but today, regardless of Coach Tuberville's fate, am embarrassed for my beloved school. Housel is a gutless turd and has sold his soul for the job he so desperately wanted, but the irony is he was stripped of having any domain in that position the moment he accepted it. I have met him many times and look forward to the next time so that I can tell him this to his face. He is a spineless puppet who will go to his grave realizing that he pissed his career and integrity away by carrying out the "gopher" duties of a corrupt and utterly disdainful board of trustees. The same can be said for President (sic) Walker. Bobby Lowder is a cancer feeding on the honor of an institution that he will ultimately destroy. Life is too short to work for this a-hole. This is neither for the sunshine pumpers or the doom-n-gloomers...whether you are in favor of Tuberville returning or being dismissed, if this process doesn't make you sick to your stomach, then you are as cowardly as the boobs who "run" our athletic department. Today, on what should be a glorious day of celebrating, It's sad to be an Auburn Tiger.
