You always post about Auburn's swimming team. Maybe you know one of the coach's or swimmers I can bug.
I have a nasty "cross over," in my crawl stroke, right hand is entering the water about the left side of my head, over centerline. On a right breath, the left gliding arm is sneaking also over the midline on that side. I have a good catch and pull after that, but on videotape I'm "snaking" or fishtailing down the lane, instead of gliding. I'm getting my ass whipped by a bunch of chicks in the pool, and gray hairs, when I don't want to flip turn. If I flip turn, their ass is mine, but the flip turns really take a toll on me. Everyone of them is a alittle different after the eighth or ninth one.
Anyway, This has to stop. Need a few drills.
