Get rid of Freeze. He sucks. He's always sucked. Keep as many of the players as you can pay. Hire Jon Sumrall or some other young, hungry coach. Give him the budget to hire a competent offensive staff. Start over. This team is so stupid and poorly coached that it is irredeemable.
