My devotion to Auburn is deeper and stronger than 1 coach.
I want the team to succeed and the players to thrive. I do not want Auburn to be embarassed or subjected to scandal. I will attend basketball and baseball games, other sports as the opportunity presents itself. Probably will not go to football games but then I have not been to one in a while anyway.
I am troubled by the decision. I am more troubled by the wave of vindictiveness toward those who were opposed to the hire.
