said blah blah blah. It was okay for the press to go full throttle on each of those fabrications. They were anti-Trump.
The hypocrisy of the press has hit another gear. They used to lean left. Now they’re far out on the wing. Independents like Greenwald and Taibbi, both of whom were recent darlings of the left but are now seen as traitors to the cause, are a minuscule minority. My Yahoo feed is incredibly telling. Non-stop anti-Trump; non-stop pro accepted Covid narrative (always show the low odds case of the young healthy person who died; never provide context; never show anything that can be construed as good news; always portray the approach of Sweden in a negative light; never mention Europe’s soaring cases; frequently mention that the U.S. is the worst). The press is no longer biased. It’s crossed the line into propaganda, and the big tech companies are more than willing to help.
