Lock up Congress who creates the tax laws. There is a reason REITS are
popular and old Muddy there is complicit in this real estate loss game (I keed, I keed).==============================
Seriously though...nobody who supports a “progressive” tax scheme has a basis to complain when someone avoids paying taxes. Such schemes are designed exactly for that. Don’t like it? Then support a flat or fair tax. All our system now does is punish small business and the middle and upper middle class.
