that holds his nourishment kit that is connected to his chest... yeah he loves a monkey...last month, docs at Childrens Hospital in Bham tried to expend the suction device in stomach further into intestines to see if some nourishment would be accepted but they couldnet get it to stay intact so they scrubbed it...wil try again in a couple of years..
