Okay....not much but here's my Coarch Dye story. It was 1992, CPD had just left as HFBC at Auburn. I had just graduated from there. I was working at my first job in Atlanta and a co-worker, who had played for CPD was organizing a golf tournament to benefit the School of Building Science. The tournament would be at East Lake in Atlanta (before it got all fancy again with the Tour Championship).
Sooooooo....one day my co-workder told me that CPD was going to be playing in the tournament and asked me if I wanted to play in his group. Well.....duhhhhhh!!
My Mama had recently sent me a copy of CPD's book, "In the Arena". So...the day of the tournament I packed the book in my bag hoping to get an autograph. CPD and I rode together in the same cart (he told me I had to drive). Eventually, about halfway through the round, I felt comfortable enougth to ask him to sign my book. He said something like-"You got a pen?" I said-"No Sir, forgot to bring one." He said; "Well, we need to find a pen."
We found one and he signed my book.....To (Remus Tiger)...Best Wishes and War Eagle. Pat Dye.

Monday night I got that book down and showed it to my kids. (For the 10 thousandth time.)
