Taking the day off and visiting the culmination of humanity’s efforts today. I will yet again explain to my children the importance of and differ Ned’s in shape of beef and dairy cattle, why certain varieties of corn exists, how poultry eggs are clean, yet...well, the story of my pet goose Christopher Robin, why giant pumpkins taste ba, etc.
Hopefully, this year, these stories and information will set in the minds of these suburban children a task and purpose to become modern agriculturalists and homemakers seeking oneness with Gods’s creation and an ability to more than derive sustenance but use their creativity to further enable modernity.
Or, maybe, we’ll just have a turkey leg and fried snickers and play a few games of chance.
