Capital needs for additional workers. Survey crew: GPS / Total Station     $ 25 K Beat Up Work Truck    $ 20 K Equipment ( Bush hooks, plumb bombs, reflectors, 2 lb sledge hammer, nails, No. rebar for setting corners, Plastic Caps with my name for setting on the end the rebars and  other misc crap they have to have) Equipment $ 5 K So 50 K for me to run a survey crew. Where is that 50 K coming from, are the surveyors throwing 50K into the pot when hired or bring this   Now Engineers: Computer $ 3 K Autocad with Civil 3D $ 2.8 K So when I hire and engineer are they throwing 5.8 K into the  pot or bring it with them?   Also someone must get the additional work for these guys, who is doing that? Them or me?
