last year I drove down to Gainesville to pick Frank up and take him to see Sonny. Frank had some hip issues and heart. He walked slowly. After Hurricane Michael he called me every day, sometimes several times. He was living in Gainesville to help his sister take care of his mom that has dementia. His calls were a great help because of his encouragement but also because he really sounded great. I thought he was really doing well. then I get a call he was in a coma and life support. Frank is what's great about Auburn. He loves Auburn and of course Sonny Smith. need a Christmas miracle.
