Good to see Mississippi's best beer get some love. That beer rocks. I think it is my favorite Southern beer. Speaking of the Southern beer winners ...
I know nothing of the Alabama beers. I have never tried a Yellowhammer beer. I bought an Russian imperial stout from their competitor, Straight to Ale, and it was literally the worst beer purchase that I made that year. Just awful. It was Sputnik themed and it kinda did taste like Russian rocket fuel. So I have shied away from Rocket City suds.
Apparently, Arkansas can print labels for their beers nowadays. Huzzah for them. The booze industry there figured out their words, lettering, the printing press, division of labor and distribution of goods.
That Florida beer drinks gud. Which is amazing since its water source is near Tampa.
I don't drink hefeweizens, so I haven't had the Tennessee winner ... but that brewery overall is dang good.
I'll never drink any swill made in the Territory of Missouri. The beer of idjits, I'd bet.
Kentucky beer is probably like Kentucky football, an afterthought.
Both the Jawja beers are brewed in Athens. Notwithstanding that, I like the turtle beers that I've tried. Especially their rye beer.
West Virginia is N/A. The whole food and drink thing in that state is also kinda N/A. Pepperoni rolls. That's what the state is known for cuisine-wise around these parts. They are pretty good, but they were created for miners to eat in the bowels of the earth.
Where does Louisiana get off with Bayou Teche Biere's Miel Sauvage? They are putting on airs again.
