Not to take away from the pointer, bird, ring and pinky. And other pointer. If we were German tho, it would go pointer, thumb THEN bird, I believe. If you hold up a pointer and a bird to signify "2 biers" at a bier garten I believe that you receive 3 liter-sized mugs of Spaten, which is not an unwelcome result to me. But I digress, Bammers probably thought that Tubs' look whilst displaying fingers was one of smugness. But I argue that it was a twinkle in the eye. Heady days.
