Prior to the election Trump says he might not respect the outcome and challenge it and the NYT says that statement of Trump's  "undermines our democracy". Now the Clintons are blaming the loss on the Russians and the FBI insinuating it was rigged. A number of Electoral Voters received threats of harm if they did not vote for Clinton. The NYT response, had Clinton won and had Trump and his supporters done this, would have been "the fascists refuse to support the Democratic Process" Do you think Anyone outside of the NYC bubble believes that the NYT editorial board opposes the EC because it does a terrible job of representing demographics and diversity? HA! You oppose it because the candidate that you actively campaigned for lost. Please go ahead and continue with your bed wetting, handwringing and silly editorials that are as transparently biased as your efforts during 2016 to get Clinton elected. The great unwashed masses who cannot afford a $ 6 latte with a $ 8 side of granola encrusted scones continue to mock and ridicule you. Oh and the reason you do not like the EC is actually why Founding Fathers, excuse me I mean the Patriarchal Slave Owning Womyn Hating Imperialists with Male Gender Preference , set up the EC. It was to prevent the states with large populations from dominating the smaller less populous states. Really you guys have NO sense of irony. Do you know what a mirror, two hands, and a flashlight signify?
