"The University of Alabama football program will be exempt from all rules contained in the NCAA Policies and Procedures Manual. This is due to its giving the world Bear Bryant. Going forward, the University of Alabama football program will receive preferential treatment from ALL referees during its games. Doyle Jackson will be the special guest referee for any University of Alabama football game deemed necessary by the head coach of the University of Alabama. ALL coaches and fans of the University of Alabama football program are allowed to entice recruits to sign with the University of Alabama by use of new cars, loaner vehicles, firearms, illegal substances, any and all cash necessary and ANY other lifetime benefits as determined by the head football coach at the University of Alabama. Prior to any future proposed rule changes to this manual being considered, the head football coach at the University of Alabama will be consulted and his ruling will supersede the NCAA rules committee. For ANY cases in which the FBI gets involved in regards to University of Alabama football program (as in the Albert Means case), all documents regarding involvement by SEC and NCAA staffers will be destroyed so as to avoid a prolonged investigation. All football-playing schools on the University of Alabama football schedule who miraculously manage to defeat a University of Alabama football team will be subject to prolonged NCAA investigations so as to protect the University of Alabama football program."==============================
