large enough to hold them. The size of the band is capped because of budget and logistic issues and the university continues to ignore this group that is one of Auburn's finest ambassadors. Ohio State tried to hire away Dr. Spurlin and thankfully he decided to remain at Auburn. Screw the jumbotron and the fat cats that want an elite experience. College football should be about student-athletes, students, cheerleader, marching bands and alumni. pretty much in that order. I miss the days of the 1 PM kickoff and no guys in red hats stopping play so the TV gods can be appeased and the business of sports rolls on.
