well dumb ass me got another dog.....
Australian Shepard Blue Heeler.....never heard of that breed before...got her 3 weeks ago from the neighbor behind me. He brought her home when she was 2 months, in July, but his wife became allergic so he started chaining her to a tree out back, in August. im a sucker for young dogs chained in a yard. My other dog, Charlie was also tied to a tree when he was a pup.
They are called Australian Shephards in Aussieland, but when they brought the breed to the states decades ago, they eventually called them Blue Heelers. Bred to help herd livestock.....they get their name by nipping at the animals lower leg . They are extremely intelligent and full of energy. Its funny to watch her try to herd the other three dogs.
That makes four of them now that Im taking care of. fun fun fun
