By now, it’s no secret that there was a fight at the South Donahue Residence Hall, where most Auburn football and basketball players live. Rumors have been rampant. Avoiding reporting hearsay as fact, here’s what we know:
The fight was not as violent as we first heard, but it was a real fight. Who instigated it and why and who were the participants? We can’t say with any certainty and it would not be fair to speculate.
And the rumor du jour is thats why Reed is gone from the BB team and why Matthews missed the first practice for, er, er, personal issues he had to take care of it. Hum, all residence halls have video cameras anmd yet a week later one of the cracked crack head most prominent barner reporters sez no one knows who was in the fight?
