If he can afford my fees then he can hire me. I've got a college athlete
as a client right now. The case against him has some real problems. If I can walk him then I will without giving it a second thought.
That has nothing whatever to do with whether he should be permitted to play football on scholarship for a university. The burden of proof there is a lot different as it should be.
