Just remember, today is not about us survivors...but the ones who never came home, and those that lost the battle after they got back.
Politics aside, they died serving their country...even when the direction wasn't clear and the cause dubious. They fought for their brothers to their left and right, and did so willingly. They left behind parents, wives and children. Remember their sacrifice...not the politics around their sacrifice.
