Since we have been to an Auburn football game. Since then, our youngest daughter has graduated from UT law, has gotten engaged, and his moved away. This past weekend we met her and her fiance at the Auburn/LSU game. She wanted her fiance to experience Auburn. She wanted this to happen before she marries him. I'm not sure, but I think it was a test. So we met them at a tailgate and then went to the game. We have always loved the games, of course. But it's the Auburn experience that we love even more. After we sang God Bless America and that beautiful flag was unfurled on the field I looked to my left and I saw my baby girl… Now 25 years old… standing there with tears streaming down her face. Auburn is in her blood now. I watched her and her fiance and my heart soared. I'm very proud of my children. But at that moment I was so proud of her. Yes, she got a great education at Auburn. But now I know that the Auburn creed is engraved on her heart. She's an Auburn girl. And I'm happy to say, that her fiance fell in love with Auburn as well. I guess he passed that test! War Eagle!
